1.WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO EAT CRÉME CLOUDS?
For the best taste and texture experience, make sure your Créme Clouds are completely thawed and slightly chilled. They should be eaten within 9 days of thawing!
2. HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CRÉME CLOUDS?
If you buy our Créme Clouds frozen, continue to store them in the freezer long term until ready to thaw and eat. Thawed Créme Clouds should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 9 days.
3. CAN I REFREEZE CRÉME CLOUDS?
We do not recommend refreezing.. For the best experience, thaw only the amount you plan to consume within 9 days.
4. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF CRÉME CLOUDS?
When kept frozen, Créme Clouds have a shelf life of 12 months. Once thawed in the refrigerator, they should be consumed within 9 days.
5.ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?
While our products do not contain gluten, they are made in a facility that processes nuts, eggs, soy, and other allergens and therefore, we cannot certify that we are gluten-free at this time.
6. ARE THERE ANY ALLERGENS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our Créme Clouds do contain dairy and coconut and we share a facility that processes egg, nut, and soy products. Please refer to the packaging or our website for a full list of ingredients and allergens.
7. WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
Currently, we are available in a few retailers in the Bay Area and to Good Eggs and Misfits Market customers in select markets. Please refer to the “Where to Find Us” section of our site for updated locations!

Our mochi is crafted in France, combining traditional Japanese techniques with French culinary expertise to create a unique and delicious product.
